This fully furnished home includes full linens, A/C in bedrooms and common areas, and ceiling fans throughout. A 1,000-gallon potable water tank keeps the home self-sufficient during local water outages. A short 10-minute walk (or a fun trip down the '125 Steps') gets you to the beach, with local monkeys often spotted roaming the neighborhood.
